Our class asked an AI tool how to improve the small park near school. It suggested more trees, benches, and lights. Those ideas sounded reasonable. Still, none mentioned the puddle that covered the path after heavy rain.
We visited the park and spoke with people who used it. A parent showed us where a stroller got stuck. An older man said the shaded bench was helpful in summer, even though it looked old. We took notes without recording anyone's name.
Back in class, we changed our question: “How can the path stay usable after rain without removing the shaded bench?” The tool could help us list possibilities. Only people who walked that path could tell us which problem needed attention first.
