In social studies class, we learned the words "digital footprint." At first, I imagined a real footprint on a screen.
Our teacher explained, "Your posts, comments, likes, and photos can leave traces online."
That night, I looked at my old posts. Some were fine. Some were a little embarrassing. I deleted one post that showed my friend's face without asking her.
I cannot erase every trace, but I can choose my next step more carefully.

那天晚上，我翻看以前发过的内容。有些没问题，有些让我有点难为情。我删掉了一条没征得朋友同意就露出她的脸的帖子。
我无法抹去所有痕迹，但可以更谨慎地选择下一步。
