Our library has a new sensor above the doorway. It can detect motion when someone enters. It sends a signal to an automatic light.
Another sensor checks how hot the room is. The school can monitor this heat level and use air conditioning when needed. These small devices can be helpful, but they need correct settings.
The school explains what the sensors record. A motion sensor can show movement without recording a person’s face or conversation.
