My calendar was full of practice, homework, and test preparation. I had written down every task, but no time for rest. By Thursday, I was reading the same page again and again without remembering it.
I spoke with my family and coach. We moved one extra practice session and made a clearer evening plan. I would finish one homework task, take a short break, and then decide whether I had energy for another. I also kept my bedtime in the calendar.
The plan did not turn every day into an easy day. On Friday, I still had a lot to do. But I could see when to stop and ask for help. Rest was no longer the empty space left after all the work. It was part of the work's plan.

新计划没有让每天都变轻松。星期五，我仍有许多事要做。不过，我能看出什么时候该停下来、什么时候该求助。休息不再是所有任务做完后才剩下的空白，而是计划的一部分。
