After doing homework on my tablet and playing a game for an hour, I had a headache. At first, I thought I was just tired.
My mother asked, "Did you take a break?"
I looked at the clock. I had been looking at a screen for almost two hours.
I turned off the tablet, drank water, and looked out the window. The headache did not disappear at once, but my eyes felt better.
Screens are useful, but my body still needs pauses.
