For geography class, we traced the route of a medicine box delivered to a local pharmacy. The label showed a manufacturer and an address, while transport records described several transfer points. I had imagined a straight line from factory to shelf. The actual route involved storage, checks, and people in different places.

The pharmacist explained that our map could teach us about logistics, but it could not tell us whether the medicine was suitable for a particular person. That question belonged to qualified healthcare professionals and the information supplied with the product. We kept our project focused on how a box moved and how records helped people know where it had been.

We also noticed gaps. A tracking page did not describe every worker's day or every condition in a warehouse. Our display marked what the records showed and what they did not.

The box connected our town to distant people. Understanding that route made the object less ordinary, without turning our geography project into medical advice.
